1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Because our products are electronic and customized for educational environments, returns are not allowed in the following cases:

The product has been used, opened, or unboxed.

Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or mishandling.

Damage from improper power source, unauthorized repairs, or third-party servicing.

3. Return Period

5. Refunds

All Futroo hardware products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering:

8. Shipping Costs
