At Futroo, we are committed to providing high-quality educational technology products designed to support interactive learning in classrooms.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

1.1 Defective or Damaged Items

If the product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect within the return period, you may request:

  • A replacement unit

  • A repair service

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the condition)

The damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, size, or model, Futroo will cover all return shipping costs and issue:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund

Report the issue within 7 days from delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are electronic and customized for educational environments, returns are not allowed in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened, or unboxed.

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or mishandling.

  • Damage from improper power source, unauthorized repairs, or third-party servicing.

  • Products customized for schools (software setup, content installation, branding).

  • Clearance items or promotional deals marked as Final Sale.


3. Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within:

  • 7 days for defective or damaged items

  • 14 days for unopened products in original condition

All returned items must include:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and add-ons


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@futroo.com or via the website contact form.

  2. Provide your:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Photo/video proof of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.

  4. If approved, you will receive:

    • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

    • Return shipping instructions

Do not send any product back without authorization.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.

Refund timeline:

  • 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.

Refunds may be denied or reduced if:

  • The returned product is missing accessories

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Packaging is damaged


6. Exchanges

If your product is defective and eligible for exchange, Futroo will send a replacement unit once the returned item is inspected.


7. Warranty

All Futroo hardware products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Hardware defects

  • Non-user-caused malfunctions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Unauthorized repair

  • Software changes made by third parties


8. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items → Futroo covers return shipping.

  • For customer-requested returns (non-defective) → customer pays return shipping.


9. Products Damaged During Delivery

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos/videos

  • Keep the packaging

  • Report the issue immediately (within 48 hours)

  • Futroo will handle the claim with the shipping carrier
